I think he is...plain awesome. Being a leader of such a wild and ruthless gang at such a young age (and he's even the youngest one!) is I think, very admirable. Though, I don't think I would want to be in such a gang. He's handsome, too. But his braided hair reminds of Hiten. When he first appeared I actually thought, "OMG! Is he related with Hiten!? " But I guess, I was wrong. I mean, duh! Stupid me, if you actually think about it Hiten = youkai(demon), Bankotsu = human...so how could they possibly be related!!? I'm still wondering what that cross on his forehead symbolizes. I'm not sure if Rumiko Takahashi clarified on that. Or is it just some-kind of another one of those tattoo-ish things like on the other Shichinintais? In the anime, his skins seems to be a bit...dark though. And all this time I was thinking he had white-ish skin. Oh well, I still give him a white-ish skin anyway so it doesn't matter. I'm also still wondering how the hell is he able to carry such a huge sword that is like twice the size of him. It's like "ZOMG! He's a clone of Cloud Strife!! (from FF7)" as what would my friend say. (She actually said that when she saw Bankotsu the first time.) In the anime version, he can even shoot energy balls from it!! No, but really, I laughed when he actually did that. Not to be mean though...
What really surprised me was that his seiyuu (voice actor) was Kusao Takeshi, the one who did Trunks for DBZ. (Yep, I'm old. ) I guess you can say it fit him...though I was expecting more of a...someone with more of a active voice (though I don't really know who does have one). But I guess it's okay.
The symboleon his forhead is actauly the twinkle of a star...Not a cross. Again sorry not trying to be a smart ass. I like the way you colored him to. The paler skin fits him better. I dont know exactly how he can even carry Banryuu either, but oh well. He was a cool cahrecter but i thought he was just a tad bit to full of himself...Thats just my opinion though. Ah well, Graet job!

T.T I should really watch Inuyasha now that two of my top favorite seiyuu are in there. >.>;; But how come both their characters die? ;_; Oh well. Takeshi Kusao= Kanna Nobutoshi=
Anyway, I like how you drew his little cocky smirk. xD Makes him look pretty cool and stuff.
